Our client is a global communications agency who work on large scale change management and internal communications projects for some of the biggest pharma clients in the world. We're currently looking for TWO Communications and Engagement Managers to join the team. Many of the team are based in and around Manchester but the agency operates fully remotely so this role would suit someone who is looking for 100% remote but with a requirement to visit clients when required. To be considered for these roles, we are looking for individuals who have agency side experience and who have worked in change management/internal comms for clients particularly in the pharma sector. These are senior roles where you'll be accountable for leading strategic change management communication efforts to facilitate change, overseeing the design, development, delivery and management of crucial communications. You'll need to be skilled in developing client relationships but also to liaise with internal studio teams to manage asset creation from initial brief through to execution. As Communications and Engagement Manager you will be proficient in change management principles, organisational development methodologies and have developed expertise in consulting and leading change management transitions within large corporate clients.
