Ideal candidate:
- Expert knowledge of unitised cladding systems, brickslip facades and curtain walling.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Methodical and organised individual.
- Strong leader.
Duties include:
- Overseeing the whole of the facade works on the project.
- Ensuring the faade package is delivered to the highest quality, safety, to programme and within budget.
- Managing relevant subcontractors.
- Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme.
- Quality management.
- Attending and chairing progress meetings with subcontractor.
- Managing health & safety on site.
