Charity People are working with a world-leading mental health charity that focuses on supporting children, young people, and their families. The charity's mission is to transform mental health for future generations by bridging the gap between mental illness and wellness. Their vision is to ensure that all children and young people are effectively supported to develop their mental and emotional health, helping them build on their strengths and achieve their goals in life.

As Marketing Campaign Lead, you will join the Brand and Marketing team, part of the charity's Brand, Marketing, and External Affairs department. The team is responsible for managing strategic marketing campaigns, raising awareness of the organisation's work, and engaging target audiences with relevant products and services. This interim position requires someone with the ability to work independently and at pace, bringing colleagues together to achieve commercial goals. You will lead both the strategic development and the operational management of existing and new marketing campaigns, fostering positive working relationships and delivering results.#

Key Responsibilities

Strategy:
* Collaborate with senior leaders and product owners to provide marketing advice during product development lifecycles.
* Conduct internal and external research to inform campaign strategies.

Planning, Implementation, and Budgeting:
* Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support revenue and strategic goals.
* Define campaign objectives based on strategic priorities and product targets.
* Develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.
* Create activity plans to effectively engage key audience segments.
* Oversee, allocate, and track campaign budgets.
* Ensure campaign assets are optimised for different channels, occasionally supporting copywriting needs.

Reporting:
* Track key performance metrics throughout campaigns.
* Optimise and adjust campaigns as needed to improve performance.
* Produce post-campaign reports, sharing insights and recommendations for future activity.

Communication and Collaboration:
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align marketing efforts with their objectives.
* Present plans and campaign reports to senior leaders.
* Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Officer and in-house specialists (e.g., Website and Digital Marketing Manager, CRM Marketing Manager, PR Manager, Social Media Officer) to deliver integrated campaigns.

Person Specification

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
* Essential: Marketing qualification (CIM, degree) or equivalent in-house marketing campaign experience.
* Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns.
* Experience promoting products with commercial revenue targets.
* Desirable: Experience in B2B marketing.

Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work independently and develop campaigns at pace.
* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise workload effectively.
* Experience using data to optimise performance.
* Confident in setting targets, monitoring key metrics, and reporting on campaign performance.
* Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
