Experienced CNC Millers Required in the East Manchester Area - Permanent

£24- £26 per hour

Rates:

£24- £26 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours:

06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00 - Mon - Fri = 40 hours

Must be flexible to complete all three shift patterns.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Setting and Operating CNC Milling Machines (3, 4 and 5 axis)
  • Maintaining high standard of quality
  • Product compliance through manufacture processing adherence
  • CNC programming

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role with be an experienced and fully trained CNC Miller , Setter and Operator, who is experienced in all work relevant to the successful operation of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC Machines, ideally within a heavy Steel engineering environment or relevant industries including Nuclear, Aerospace, Heavy Steel, Oil and Gas and Power Generation.

 

Essential

  • Setting and Operating CNC Milling Machines (Vertical and Horizontal Milling)
  • Experience on 3, 4 and 5 axis machines
  • Competent in accurately interpreting customer drawings and specifications
  • Competent in using all types of standard measuring equipment.
  • Manufacturing background

Desirable

  • Ability to fully program CNC Milling Machines
