What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: A degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
- Experience: Ideally, you have around 18 months of relevant experience under your belt.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with contract administration, specification writing (NBS), and a basic grasp of AutoCAD.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with the ability for conveying complex ideas simply and clearly.
