Senior Building Surveyor - Manchester
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
Responsibilities of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Lead and manage building surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct a range of building surveys, including pre-acquisition, condition, and defect analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of works.
- Advise clients on building regulations, statutory requirements, and property maintenance.
- Oversee refurbishment, repair, and redevelopment projects, including contract administration.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors, contributing to their professional development.
Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of building surveying.
- Proven track record in managing building surveying projects and contract administration.
