TSA Surveying is representing a national building consultancy with seven offices across the UK. The firm operates nationwide but is currently looking to bring in a senior building surveyor to strengthen their Manchester office due to an increase in workload from both existing and new clients.

The consultancy has ambitious expansion plans and currently employs 80 staff members, with 40 in the commercial building consultancy team. The Manchester office has six building surveyors and is seeking commercially minded individuals who can deliver fees and enjoy the business side of the profession.

The director is looking to identify ambitious individuals who enjoy management and leadership, and that would enjoy fee development with the support of the wider business. The successful individual will receive clear direction on career development with a route through to Associate Director in the near future.

The role involves a mix of projects and surveys, with a strong emphasis on project work. The successful candidate will work on projects ranging from 50k to 2 million, primarily in the commercial sector, including leisure and retail, as well as small council projects on schools and high-rise elevations. Additionally, the role includes technical due diligence tasks.
