They are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester office. With over 20 offices in Scotland and five in England, the consultancy is growing rapidly, driven by increased workload in the Northwest.

The firm delivers a wide range of services, including large multi-year projects, surveys for schools and sanctuary groups, and refurbishment works for frameworks and high-profile clients like the British Heart Foundation. This role offers variety, balancing project management with surveys such as PPM, dilapidations, professional advice, and recladding projects.
