My client provides the full spectrum of services your property requires throughout its life-cycle, with independent professional property and construction advice. They deliver the full range of surveying services inclusive of Building/Acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition, Contract Administration & Project Management, Principal Designer/CDM roles, Planned Preventative Maintenance Plans (PPMP), Statutory Approval, Cost Consultancy and Condition Reports.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Building Surveyor (Chartered and above). The role involves day-to-day tasks related to building/acquisition surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, contract administration, project management, and more across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

MRICS

  • Extensive experience in building/acquisition surveys and project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Ability to lead and train/advise junior members of the team
  • full UK driving licence
