The Structural Steel Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Site Manager to be based out of Northern England.

Job Overview:

Oversee diverse structural steel projects in complex environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of structural steelwork processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in erecting various steel structures, Commercial, Industrial, High rises, and Portal Frames.
  • Stakeholder Engagement for the company at site progress meetings as directed by the client.
  • Plan for site activities and procurement of necessary requirements during pre-commencement and construction phases, in collaboration with the internal business teams.

Essential requirements

  • CSCS Black Site Management/NVQ Level 6
  • SMSTS or equivalent IOSH certification
  • CPCS Appointed Person - Lifting Operations
  • Valid Full Driving License
