This is a secure project, with further work anticipated primarily in the North West, including Manchester, Cheshire, and Yorkshire areas.Key Responsibilities:Oversee project delivery, including Health & Safety, programme of works, and daily site management.Conduct weekly reports, maintain project records, and ensure compliance with RAMS.Manage quality assurance, temperature and moisture checks, and client-facing communications.Utilize company systems for reporting, project tracking, and communication-IT proficiency is essential as systems are computer-based.Act as the main point of contact on site, representing the company professionally to clients and stakeholders.Required Skills and Experience:Background: Proven experience as a Site Manager within a joinery background.Certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First aid and ideally PASMA.Security Clearance: Candidates do not need existing clearance but must have a clean background, capable of passing DBS checks, as security clearance will be managed during the onboarding process.Additional Skills: Strong client-facing abilities, excellent organization, and a proactive approach.
