Salary: £22 per hour (Choice of PAYE or CIS)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm (Overtime: Saturdays at time & a half, Sundays at double time)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to join the team and oversee multiple projects across a regional portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in civils, and experience in managing development, new build, external works, and potentially demolition projects. Health and Safety is a top priority. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards, working closely with the Contracts Director and other team members to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage site teams to drive progress and maintain high standards of work.
Health & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in preparation for audits.
Client Liaison: Work closely with the clients to meet project expectations.
Project Delivery: Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and materials. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, and make adjustments when necessary to meet deadlines.
Quality Control: Ensure all works meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
Problem Solving: Ability to take initiative and resolve issues on site quickly and effectively.
Administrative Duties: Oversee timesheets, report project status, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a civils background.
Experience with fast-paced commercial developments, is highly advantageous.
Experience with new build, development, external works, and possibly demolition projects.
Knowledge of modular and traditional build processes.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and proactively, without constant direction.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Familiarity with project management software (desired but not essential).
Attributes:

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.

Workload and Projects:
The Site Manager will oversee projects, each lasting between 13-16 weeks, with an average value of £1.5 million.
Projects are primarily in retail and commercial sectors.
Some sites may require regional work, with accommodation and expenses provided (if projects are more than 1 hour from home).
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of one face-to-face meeting with the Contracts Director, at the office or another agreed location. Interviews are expected to take place ASAP.
