Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the fit-out of a high rise apartment block? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of this high-profile project
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and supervise a team of subcontractors and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress, report on site performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in high rise projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, etc.) are preferred.
