Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join a established team with of of the Norths leading provider of high-quality commercial fit-out solutions. They deliver a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including office interiors, high-end retail, and blue-light projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Manage site teams effectively, including subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Maintain clear and accurate site records, including daily reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, meeting client expectations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial fit-out sector, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in delivering projects across various sectors, including office interiors, student accommodation, and blue-light projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
  • CSCS card is mandatory.
