Job Specification: Working Site Manager Location: North West, UKEmployment Type: PermanentStart Date: November 2024Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)Benefits:HolidaysPensionProgression opportunitiesVan (after passing probation)Role Overview:Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Manager/Working Site Foreman to join their team due to company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong trade background, and experience in both hands-on work for smaller projects and site management for larger ones. You will be responsible for overseeing health & safety, managing labour and subcontractors, and working on the tools when needed.Day-to-Day Duties:Ensuring health & safety compliance on-siteHands-on involvement in smaller projects (e.g., joinery work)Managing and coordinating labour and subcontractorsOverseeing project timelines and site progressDelivering projects with values ranging up to £1 million, Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 7 am - 3 pm Qualifications & Experience Required:SMSTS & First Aid certificationsPrevious management experience as a foreman or site managerStrong trade background (preferred due to hands-on work required)Office/Commercial fitout experienceFull/ clean driving licence Team Structure:You will work closely with a team of internal operatives and subcontractors, overseeing project delivery across the North West.How to Apply:Send your CV as soon as possible to be considered for this role.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
