A globally recognised Construction & Property Consultancy, boasting a nationwide presence with over 15 offices, is looking to add a client facing Construction Project Manager to their growing team in Manchester.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The incoming Construction Project Manager will join a dynamic, energetic and incredibly friendly team in Manchester with an exciting pipeline across the North.

A social office, operating under a hybrid working policy, in the office a couple days a week to promote the team culture alongside fun social days, and working from home the remainder.

The new Project Manager will manage and work on a number of exciting schemes including Commercial Office fit outs, new build & fit out Warehouses, new build Business Centres & Offices, Industrial new builds, Residential, Student Accommodation and Extra Care schemes.

The Project Manager will ideally come from a technical background, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying being highly desirable - and will be someone who is motivated to achieve Chartership via extensive support provided by the companies uncapped resources.

The Construction Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will be provided ample flexibility to choose projects that interest them and will be looking for a long term position within a firm that can offer extensive career progression. You will also have:

Previous Project Management experience within the Construction Industry
Experience working with a UK Construction Consultancy
A technical background in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying is highly desirable
Experience running schemes from inception to completion, RIBA stages 0-7
