You will be working with an established, regional developer overseeing a team on timber frame, build to rent developments, based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an experienced Manager, with timber frame housing and design and build experience, who is strong in taking projects out of the ground through to handover.
This is a leading developer based in the North West of England, who specialise in new build housing and apartments. A lot of their work is repeat business as they work in partnership with Build to Rent Investors, Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager- Support the successful operational delivery of multiple live sites to the expected standards, on time and to budget, whilst always ensuring that customer satisfaction and KPIs are achieved.
- Ensuring and enforcing Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored, taking care of your team, and your customers.
- A proven track record of delivery as a Contracts Manager within the house building sector.
- Timber frame experience.
- Design and build experience.
- Strong in taking projects out of the ground, through to handover.
- Partnership experience.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
- £75k - £85k + Car allowance
