This role has become available due to the HR Manager splitting her responsibilities into two distinct roles to accommodate the business's continued growth. In this varied position, you will be responsible for reviewing the structure of the business and improving health and safety processes, producing risk assessments and conducting audits to ensure compliance with regulations, servicing and maintaining machinery to meet safety standards, and ensuring all branches comply with Health and Safety legal requirements.This is a Monday to Friday role, working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays.This role is perfect for a HSE Manager who is looking to join a successful company that offers a bi-annual bonus, company benefits and a great work life balance.The Role:
