Job Description: Junior Project Manager

£25,000-£28,000 per annum

Location: Greater Manchester, Visiting sites nationwide

Start Date: April 2025

About the Role My client are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

As part of a contractor/developer that acquires land and manages fit-out projects for both residential and commercial purposes, you will play a key role in driving successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Support in the coordination of contractors and suppliers during the fit-out stages of projects.

- Liaise with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions as needed.

- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and company requirements.

Requirements

- Degree qualified, ideally in Project Management or Building Surveying.

- Previous experience working for a developer or within a PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor) or consultancy firm is highly desirable.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team setting.
