Description
- Planning and executing work schedules in line with project timelines.
- Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Liaising with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Contributing to the development of project strategies and plans.
- Identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays in the construction process.
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assisting in the training and development of less experienced team members.
Profile
A successful Planned Works should have:
- A strong understanding and experience in the Construction industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to health and safety, with a track record of adhering to regulations.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
- REQUIRED: Experience of Planned works / Delivery within Social Housing.
