Planned Works Surveyor required to join a great team within the Social Housing Sector, Manchester based.

Description

  • Planning and executing work schedules in line with project timelines.
  • Ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Liaising with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Contributing to the development of project strategies and plans.
  • Identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays in the construction process.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assisting in the training and development of less experienced team members.

Profile

A successful Planned Works should have:

  • A strong understanding and experience in the Construction industry.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A commitment to health and safety, with a track record of adhering to regulations.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • REQUIRED: Experience of Planned works / Delivery within Social Housing.
