Pre Construction Manager - £70,000 - £75,000 & Package
My client are a leading fit out and refurbishment contractor who specialises in delivering qorld class commercial and office fit out projects throughout the North West.
Due to an overwhelming amount of repeat business and constant expansion they are seeking an experienced Pre Construction Manager to join their existing team. Projects will range in value from £100,000 - £(phone number removed) across shell and core, Cat A, Cat B and refurbishment projects.
Duties & Responsibilities include;
- This includes overseeing the pre-construction process and procedures, ensuring a easy handover from planning to delivery
- The ownership of the entire tender decision process
- Managing reports
- Creating strong client relationships is of utmost importance
- Developing continuous improvement practices
- Improving tender success rates
- Successfully preparing and delivering submissions
- Being pro active with all aspects of the role
- Liaising with all commercial and operational staff
