Are you a Pre-Construction Manager, with a background in M&E, looking to step into a role where you can truly make your mark, for a rapidly growing organisation, where you will play a pivotal role in their ongoing success and development?

Do you want to work for a well-established, rapidly growing, and highly regarded M&E Consultancy, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on new builds, fit-outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in a range of sectors from healthcare to logistics?

You will be responsible for overseeing all pre-construction activities related to M&E projects. You will need strong leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure prospective projects are effectively planned, budgeted, and prepared for successful execution.

This role would suit a Pre-Construction Manager or similar, with M&E experience, looking to join a growing consultancy with an unbeatable reputation and exciting growth plans, which you will be an active part of.

The Role:

  • Lead the pre-construction phase of M&E projects, ensuring all scope requirements are understood and effectively planned.
  • Coordinate with design teams to assess buildability, materials, and cost-effectiveness of proposals.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all pre-construction activities are on track.
  • Develop and manage cost plans, identifying and managing budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tender packages and proposals.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, design teams, and project stakeholders.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in managing pre-construction activities for M&E projects.
  • Strong understanding of the pre-construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Full UK Driving License.
