Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Roofing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the flat roofing industry and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process of roofing projects, from the initial planning stages to the final execution and completion.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.
- Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
