We are therefore looking for an ambitious and well-motivated project manager to join our growing team.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex newbuild and regeneration projects from inception to completion. You will have good understanding of financial appraisals and cashflows and be able to maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders and customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hold a relevant construction related professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, ARB, APM and/or RTPI), or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Experience in the development sector (or equivalent).

  • Proven experience of managing construction (residential new build and refurbishment) works.

  • Experience of working/with housing association or local authorities.

  • Experience of introducing new and/or improved services.

  • Experience of monitoring and controlling budgets to ensure value for money for the organisation.

  • Experience of managing Contractors.

  • Has a sound knowledge of current construction and health & safety regulations.

  • Driving licence and use of own vehicle or alternative means getting to the required locations, to undertake scheme visits and attend other offices.

  • Flexible to work across the geographical area
