I’m looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established roofing contractor. This role is based in the North West, with projects ranging from £100,000 to £2M for clients including Walkers and Pepsico. While most work is in the region, occasional travel further afield is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple contracts, coordinating resources and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and H&S audits.
- Liaise with clients and site teams to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues.
- Experience as a Contracts Manager in roofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of contract law and H&S compliance.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
