Your new companyYou will be working as part of a consultancy of over 600 across the UK with the project management team being 50 nationally. Working as part of the Manchester team of 7 you will have the support of the AD and directors to further progress your career. Located in the city centre of Manchester with easy access from both Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations.Your new roleThe initial projects you will be working on is the NHS Blood and Transplant infrastructure programme across the Northwest. In this role you will also work on a variety of projects, including heritage, education and healthcare with the current ones involving more of the healthcare sector projects. You will be involved pre-contract, delivering estimates, bills of quantities and stakeholder management. What you'll need to succeedYou will be degree qualified and a chartered member of RICS or CIOB with experience working on public sector projects.
