The Company:
A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a large commercial/ retail buildingin Manchester city centre.
You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing,and building fabric.
You will be part of a 2 man team working onopposites of the shift pattern below .
This is a2 week shift pattern on a 40 hour week
Week 1 : 6.30am - 15.30pm
Week 2 : 13.30pm - 22.30pm
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified Electrician with 18th edition or a minimum of electrical competencies.
The Salary:
Salary is 38,000 + OT +25days holiday + statsand 3%/5% pension.
