A leading Property Services company based around Manchester is seeking a Painter/Decorator for a temporary contract lasting approximately 16 weeks.
The role involves working in both void and occupied properties, maintaining a high standard of finish during residential refurbishments and maintenance projects.
The position offers a pay rate of up to £21.75 per hour umbrella, along with a van and fuel card, with no CIS options available.
Candidates must have a full UK driving license for at least 12 months and a trade-related qualification such as City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2.
Previous experience in social housing, property maintenance, or residential refurbishments is desirable for applicants.

Looking to recruit a Painter/ Decorator to join a leading Property Services company based around Manchester

This is a temporary contract for around 16 weeks. This role will involve working in both void and occupied properties, ensuring a high standard of finish across residential refurbishments and maintenance projects.

Offering up to £21.75ph umbrella + van and fuel card (no CIS options)

Responsibilities:

Carry out all Painting/ Decorating tasks in void and occupied properties
Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers and undercoats where necessary

Requirements:

Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months
Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
Previous experience working in social housing, property maintenance, or residential refurbishments is desirable
