Looking to recruit a Painter/ Decorator to join a leading Property Services company based around Manchester

This is a temporary contract for around 16 weeks. This role will involve working in both void and occupied properties, ensuring a high standard of finish across residential refurbishments and maintenance projects.

Offering up to £21.75ph umbrella + van and fuel card (no CIS options)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all Painting/ Decorating tasks in void and occupied properties
  • Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers and undercoats where necessary

Requirements:

  • Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months
  • Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in social housing, property maintenance, or residential refurbishments is desirable
