Location: in and around Manchester City centre, Multi-sited - Own vehicle is desirable for this role.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (40 hours per week)

Paint & tools provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your expertise to deliver high-quality painting services in a variety of settings, including student accommodations - communal areas and external areas.
  • Prepare surfaces, apply primers, and perform proper paint mixing to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to schedule and coordinate painting projects efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Painter with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
