Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Real Estate business to appoint a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager. This is a national role and you will be required to travel to sites throughout the UK to provide Health and Safety expertise.
The salary is between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can be based in Manchester, Birmingham or London or a central point of the UK where you are able to travel to sites across England.
Responsibilities:
- Be the senior point of contact for Health and Safety and ensure high standards are met across the property portfolio
- Investigate incidents/accidents, improve safety culture and ensure risk assessments are carried out to the required standards
- Engage with senior stakeholders, oversee a safety budget and line manage Health and Safety advisors
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent level Health and Safety qualification
- Experience in the Property or Facilities Management industries or a transferable sector
- Strategic Risk Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
