Health and Safety Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: 60,000 - 65,000 per annum

Are you a dedicated Health and Safety Manager looking to join a market-leading faade company in Manchester?

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure the highest standards of health and safety within our client's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Lead training initiatives to promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the business.
Manage incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with senior management, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Keep up to date with the latest HSE legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a Health and Safety management role within the construction or faade industry.
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
