You will work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing department, ensuring adherence to regulations and promoting a safe workplace culture.

Description
- Develop, implement and oversee health and safety procedures in line with company policy and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and guidance on health and safety matters to staff members.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities, providing recommendations for prevention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
- Prepare and present regular health and safety reports to management.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Health and Safety Manager should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety management.
- A background in the FMCG industry, particularly within an Engineering & Manufacturing context.
- Proven experience developing and implementing health and safety procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
