Job Description:

My client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee fast-track fit-outs in live hospital environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of fast-track fit-out projects in live hospital environments.
Contract Administration: Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, hospital staff, and other stakeholders.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Health & Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing fit-out projects within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of contract administration and project management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
