Reporting to a Construction Director, you will take the operational lead of multiple design and build residential projects. You will be responsible for the full operational management of a multi-disciplinary team across several projects within the region.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Proven main contractor experience with a housing developer or main contractor that specialise in design and build affordable housing.
- Trade or Academically Qualified either BSC / HND or equivalent with relevant industry certificates & professional membership.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Salary & Package on offer:
- 80,000 - 90,000 base + car allowance + 20% bonus
