Contracts Manager Role

Location: Based in Greater Manchester with nationwide site visits.

Role Overview: My client are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee construction projects valued between £100K-£1M. The role involves managing 2-3 sites simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on health and safety.

Key Requirements:

SMSTS certification and Asbestos awareness are mandatory.

4+ years experience at Contracts Manager level

Joiner by trade is advantageous but not required.

Ambitious, driven, with a can-do attitude.

Must be based in or local to Greater Manchester

Happy to travel to sites nationwide

Fast Track shop fitting and high street retail background

Ideally a Site Management background

£50,000-£60,000 (DOE)

Car allowance

Opportunity to progress within the business take a more senior role
