Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shopfitting contracts from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, with a strong background in the shopfitting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
