Mechanical Site Manager - Residential and Commercial
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee key residential and commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong mechanical bias to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all mechanical elements are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the mechanical aspects of residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Mechanical Systems: Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and quality delivery across multiple sites.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical project management within both residential and commercial sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical systems design and implementation, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
