Conveyancer Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies throughout the process.
  • Handle client queries professionally and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Manage a case-load efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets.

Conveyancer Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer with relevant experience in property law.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied case-load and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant software systems (e.g., case management systems).
