Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
Draft and review contracts, conduct title checks, and manage searches
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Deliver exceptional client service with clear, timely communication

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in residential conveyancing (minimum [X] years preferred)
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferred but not essential if experienced)
