About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing property team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in handling a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, with a strong focus on client care and attention to detail.You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team in a firm that values quality of service over volume. Whether you're a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or an experienced Fee Earner, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
Conducting searches and checking titles
Ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
Excellent client communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable using case management systems
Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or proven track record as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
