- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
- Conducting searches and checking titles
- Ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Excellent client communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or proven track record as a Conveyancing Fee Earner
