Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to manage complex commercial insurance portfolios while working closely with Account Executives, clients, and insurers to provide bespoke insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full renewal process, including placement and documentation.
  • Develop tailored insurance strategies for commercial property clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records on Acturis.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Negotiate competitive terms to secure the best outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance, ideally with commercial property expertise.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and proactive risk management.
  • Acturis experience is highly advantageous.
  • Client-focused and eager to develop professionally.
