I'm working with a large public sector organisation in Manchester, on a 3 month temp to perm opportunity for a helpdesk supervisor.Your new roleThe main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the FM Helpdesk and additional function of the FM team. Undertaking responsibility for the effective running of the teams and services provided organisation wide, providing service excellence whilst supporting and contributing towards the overall FMC service aims as applicable to the role, and in particular reference to the SLA guidance in operation:Key responsibilities:Work alongside the Asset Manager - Finance develop, improve and implement best practice processes and procedures to support the services customer service excellence, SLA's and champion continuous improvement.Supported by the Asset Manager - Finance provide KPI reports for activities within the CAFM System providing accurate data on performance and work order status for the service.Develop excellent relationships with FMC Area Managers, Supervisors, Contract Managers and teams to ensure key stakeholder input and advice is incorporated into processes.Co-ordinate procurement control of stock/goods/equipment in line with delegated budgets and required/agreed administration processes in accordance with procedures for financial control/audit requirements.What you'll need to succeedExperience working within a Facilities Management/Estate management environment, ideally with experience on a helpdeskPeople management and leadership experienceExperience working on CAFM systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat you'll get in return3 months temp to perm opportunity31-35k pro rata salaryExcellent benefits package and working hoursWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
