Business Development Manager – Fire Safety & Compliance
2 Position available: 1 North UK and 1 South UK
£60,000 - £80,000 + Uncapped OTE, Company Car and benefits

This is a key new business focused role, ideal for a strategic thinker with specific experience in selling fire alarm systems and a deep understanding of industry regulations.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring compliance standards are met while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire safety and compliance sector.
- Promote and sell fire alarm systems and related services to commercial and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, contractors, and compliance officers.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety solutions, ensuring all recommendations align with relevant regulations.
- Secure new contracts and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and strategic business development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance requirements, and technological advancements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development/sales within fire safety and compliance, with a strong focus on securing new contracts.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and related compliance standards.
- Understanding of relevant fire safety legislation and regulations.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar would be a benefit.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- A full UK driving licence is essential
