About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Community Manager to lead our Manchester team, overseeing day-to-day operations and creating an exceptional living experience for residents. As the Community Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Resident Managers and Resident Hosts, ensuring smooth operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to maintain a safe and high-standard property environment, preserving asset value over time.
  • Oversee leasing activities and marketing initiatives, maximizing occupancy and managing the end-to-end leasing process.
  • Ensure a seamless resident experience, managing contracts and compliance while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Organize and execute community events and initiatives to promote engagement and enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitoring performance, setting action plans, and conducting regular quality audits.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure adherence to financial procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership experience within property management or a similar field.
  • ARLA or relevant industry qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety compliance, as well as property maintenance standards.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and skilled in problem-solving with a proactive approach to challenges.
