Manage the technical training and upskill of high-end tech clients.
Our client is worldwide business that has created a digital infrastructure to provide specialist solutions for the primary debt capital markets. The company offers tools for managing the entire lifecycle of bond and commercial paper issuance by utilising cloud-native, regulated platforms.
The main purpose of the Client Delivery Officer is to design and deliver bespoke training packages to upskill the company's clients on how to use their systems. This will be done through creating training courses, webinars, face 2 face consults and live examples of video calls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, update and deliver training programmes that trains user on the programmes work.
- Create training materials, manuals and presentations that will be updated as the technology progresses.
- Write and test training scripts that cover all aspects of the various products.
- Create and author e-learning and other media-based training materials.
- Be a point of contact for clients who may have questions regarding the systems.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of delivering technology based training.
- Proven track record of understanding a technological product and being to break it down into easily.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Experience of producing consistent and error-free documentation & training materials.
- Microsoft Office specialist.
- German and/or French written language skills ( Desirable but not essential)
