KM Recruitment is seeking a Digital Tutor for a remote position with a salary of up to £38,000, depending on experience.
The role requires candidates to have a recognized Assessor and/or Teaching qualification and experience delivering Digital courses up to Level 3.
Applicants must also possess a Digital and Technical Skills qualification at Level 4 or above, along with significant occupational competency in the ICT/Digital IT sector.
Responsibilities include training and assessing learners, supporting them with job search skills, and adapting course content to meet learner needs.
Candidates should have strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate and inspire learners, with a full-time, permanent commitment required.

Must hold a recognised Assessor and/or Teaching qualification.

Duties include:

Train, support and assess learners working towards Digital qualifications at Level 3
Support learners with CV writing, job searching, interview techniques and confidence building.
Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
