Learning Experience Lead - Life Science - Contract - Remote, UK. - Outside IR35
Our client is a leading global Life Science organisation. At present they are seeking a Learning Experience Lead to be a key member of their global delivery programme for change and adoption of a new time management system. Candidates will lead the smooth transition and adoption process by designing and implementing comprehensive, user centric training and resources.
Key responsibilities:
Design and develop targeted user-centric training plan focusing on innovative workplace learning experience.
Collaborate with the Change and Adoption Lead, Regional Harmonisation Leads and other programme members to meet the programme delivery plan.
Liaise with key stakeholders and cross-functional team members for alignment on key requirements.
Conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis to develop relevant structured curriculum for different user groups that includes system functionality, compliance requirements and best practice.
Create user-friendly training materials such as, user guides/knowledge articles, video tutorials and E-Learning modules.
Facilitate translation of training content as required.
Define and implement training evaluation methods for continuous improvement.
Implement a sustainable training development for future release management.
