Join us as a Training & Development Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our fee-earning staff. You’ll be working in a dynamic, people-focused environment, delivering innovative training and mentorship to the next generation of solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Provide 1:1 coaching and group training to solicitors and fee earners, shaping their careers and developing their skills.
  • Continuous Learning: Develop and implement tailored training programs aligned with legal updates and the firm’s strategic objectives.
  • Graduate Development: Help design and manage our law graduate scheme, preparing the brightest new talent for successful legal careers.
  • Tech-Enhanced Learning: Deliver Proclaim case management training, ensuring our team excels in both client service and strategic case progression.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with Senior Management, HR, and supervisors to identify and respond to training needs.
  • Innovative Content Creation: Design and deliver engaging training content for our Learning Management System (LMS) and blended learning programs.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Continuously refine training based on feedback and stay ahead of legal trends to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.
  • Leadership in Knowledge: Assist with external marketing by contributing to legal commentary and drafting articles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor or an experienced legal professional with expertise in personal injury and case handling from start to completion.
  • Experience in training and mentoring, whether in workshops, presentations, or one-to-one settings.
  • Tech-savvy with strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • A natural communicator with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills, and an ability to motivate and inspire those around you.
