Are you a qualified Retrofit Coordinator with no experience, looking for a chance to take the next step in your career and be trained and developed into all aspects of a coordination role?

The company have been established for over 15 years and are a reputable name within the domestic energy efficiency sector. They have a strong pipeline of work and are looking to expand their staffing base to deliver top quality domestic renewable energy retrofits across the Northwest.

In this role - you will have the chance to put your coordination qualification to use and be guided into full project management of retrofit projects. From overseeing assessments, to managing the technical installers - this is a role where you will be taking full ownership on coordinating retrofit projects from start to finish.

This is the ideal role for an assessor looking to progress into a coordination role. You must have your qualification however coordination experience is not needed as my client can train, develop and guide you into the role. A real opportunity to take the next step in your retrofit career!

The Role:

  • Full coordination of retrofit projects across the Northwest / North Wales.
  • Domestic Renewable Energy installation projects.
  • Overseeing the assessment processes.
  • Management of resource allocation and ordering.
  • Management of installers.
  • Project coordination from cradle to grave.

The Person:

  • Holds Retrofit Coordinator Qualification.
  • Candidate does not need experience in coordination, as this is a chance to gain it!
  • Experience in Retrofit Assessments.
  • Strong understanding of the domestic energy efficiency market, with an understanding of solutions for energy efficiency improvement.
  • Based in Manchester, or within a reliable commute.
